Return Policy

We do not accept returns. Please see all information available about product description and sizing before purchasing. Customers may contact us with any further questions about item sizing or description.

Refund and Replacement Policy

 If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 10 business days from when you receive your item in order to get a replacement or refund. To qualify for a replacement or refund, the product must be damaged, non-functional, or incorrect at the fault of Hound Dog Hill Boutique LLC. For pre-orders, the customer can request a refund only if the item is delayed from the estimated turnaround time provided at time of purchase.

Exchange Policy

 If sizing of the item is incorrect, you will need to notify us within 10 business days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange. If the new item the customer wishes to receive is unavailable, such as a different size, the customer will receive store credit for the price of the item only.  The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. The item the customer wishes to exchange must be in its original condition when we receive it. If the item has any damage, such as stains, rips, discoloration, and odors, we have the right to deny the exchange. If the exchange is denied, the customer will not receive a new item or store credit.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact us with the description of the item the customer would like to exchange, reason for             requesting an exchange, and the name and description of the desired item the customer wants.
  2. Once approved by us, send the unwanted item back to us (Return to sender). As stated above,       the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
  3. Once we receive the item, we will send the new item or issue store credit as long as the item            is in its original condition.
  4. We will then send an invoice to the customer's email for additional shipping costs.
  5. Once the invoice is paid, the new item will be shipped in 1-3 business days.
